


1. BOOKING
Booking are not accepted and no contract exists until Media Offers has received a completed Booking Form, accompanied by the appropriate deposit, and has returned conformation of booking to the person signing the Booking Form. (Telephone reservations are held for 7-days pending the receipt of the Booking Form and deposit).
2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of the cost of your holiday should be paid not less than 42 days before the commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not received by this date. Media Offers reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and to make a cancellation charge not exceeding me deposit paid.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
You may cancel your holiday at any time providing me cancellation is made to us in writing by the person who signed the original booking form. Such cancellation will incur the charges show below, although you may be able to reclaim these charges if the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your holiday insurance.

4. CANCELLATION BY US
Media Offers reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday. If a holiday is cancelled, normally, not less than 14-days notice will be given, and all monies paid will be refunded, unless you wish to transfer to another holiday.
5. OUR ALTERATIONS
It is unlikely that we will need to make changes to your holiday, but we plan our tours many months in advance. Occasionally changes may be made, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of the changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If a change of hotel becomes necessary, we will not offer accommodation of a lower official classification than that advertised. When a major change occurs, provided it does not arise from circumstances amounting to force majeure (see below) you will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing another available holiday from us, or cancelling your holiday.
6. COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please inform our representative immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, please notify us in writing within 28-days of your return.
7. LIABILITY
a)
We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of this inclusive holiday are supplied
you as described in the leaflet and to a reasonable standard.
b)
We Media Offers accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or
changes caused by force majeure events, such as strikes, political unrest, war, terrorist activity,
industrial disputes, government action, natural disasters, fire, flood, snow, closure of rail stations
or roads or similar events beyond its control.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
a)
You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, and
we cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred by passengers due to late arrival at
any departure point.
b)
We reserve the unconditional right to refuse a booking or terminate a passengers holiday in the
event of unreasonable conduct
c)
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of
statutory regulations may be removed from a vehicle or prevented from boarding on the driver’s
authority.
d)
Passengers’ attention is drawn to the provisions of me Alcohol Act 1985 under which it is an offence
to permit alcohol onto a vehicle travelling to or from a designated sporting event.
Passengers wishing to take alcohol on board a coach travelling to or from a non-designated sporting
event must seek prior permission by writing to the company and must obtain that permission in
writing. The driver of the vehicle and/or the Media Offers’ tour manager will be the sole arbiter of
as to whether or not alcohol will be permitted on the vehicle if such permission has not been
obtained in writing.
