PICK-UP POINTS
We can usually suggest a pick-up point, preferably a motorway services, which is within reasonable reach of your home. We cannot deviate too much from our tour route, so it is not always possible to accommodate everyone. However, subject to viable numbers, we can arrange minibus feeders, which will link up with our main coaches. Please contact us, if you wish to discuss this prior to booking.

CHILD DISCOUNTS
Information on child discounts is given with the tour details. However, further discounts are often available, when a child or children share a room with two adults. Please remember to state children’s ages when booking, or if you want to check in advance, just give us a call.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend all passengers to take out the fully comprehensive policy offered, which covers cancellation, curtailment, loss of baggage, money etc. For holidays outside the UK, we insist that everyone has insurance cover (either ours or your own choice of policy).

CANCELLATION
The following scale of cancellation charges will apply:

14-27 days 45%
07-13 days 60%
Up to 6 days 100%
